 Per Virginia law, notarial acts are $10 each. Mobile service fees vary by location, and quotes are always available before your appointment.


Services may include acknowledgements, jurats, oaths/affirmations, affidavits, and other standard notarial acts.

  • $10 per notarial act 
  • $35 mobile fee within Richmond city limits 
  • Additional travel fees may apply outside of Richmond city limits
  • Printing, copying, scanning, and witness coordination may be available for an additional fee


 Mobile notary appointments are available for hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and other care settings.


These appointments often require additional time and coordination, so pricing may vary based on location and facility access.

  • Starting at $45 mobile fee 
  • Additional fees may apply for paid parking, security screening, or extended wait times 
  • $15 for each additional 30 minutes beyond the first 30 minutes 
  • After-hours fees apply


 I-9 verification services are available for remote employees, new hires, and local businesses that need an authorized representative to complete Section 2 of Form I-9.

 

Virtual and in-person appointments are available.

  • Standard paper I-9 verification: Starting at $30 
  • Virtual or real-time I-9 verification: Starting at $40 
  • Travel fees may apply for mobile appointments 
  • Additional document handling or extended support may be subject to additional fees 


 Mobile fingerprinting services are available for employment, licensing, background checks, and other verification needs. FD-258 fingerprint cards are completed in person by appointment.

  • First FD-258 fingerprint card: Starting at $45 
  • Each additional card during the same appointment: $15 
  • Mobile service fees may apply based on location


Professional administrative support is available for individuals, professionals, small businesses, and organizations that need reliable assistance with day-to-day tasks and document management. Services are available virtually or in person, based on your needs.

  • Hourly rates starting at $40 
  • Specializing in administrative support for healthcare professionals, faith-based organizations, and small businesses 
  • Services may include document preparation, data entry, scheduling, organization, and general administrative support 
  • Custom pricing may be available based on project scope and complexity


 After-hours appointments are available for clients who need service outside of standard business hours. Availability is limited and based on scheduling.

  • Appointments scheduled for 7:00 PM or later are subject to a $20 after-hours fee 
  • Weekend appointments are available by request 
  • After-hours and weekend availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance


 A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to confirm appointments booked online. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all notarial acts. Documents must be complete before notarization, and all signers must be present, willing, and aware.
  • Travel fees, after-hours fees, and specialty service fees may apply based on location, appointment time, and service type.
