 Per Virginia law, we charge $10 per notarial act. Travel fees vary by location, and we’re always happy to provide a quote before your appointment. 

Acknowledgements, jurats, oaths/affirmations, affidavits, and more.

• Starting at $10 per signature + $35 mobile fee (within Richmond city limits).
•  Additional travel fees may apply. 

Hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, and care facilities.

•  $35 mobile fee. 
• $45 mobile fee for facilities that have security screening and paid parking)
• An additional $15 per 30 minutes beyond the 30-minute appointment. 
• After-hours fees apply. 

Jail and correctional facility notarizations — adult & juvenile, with pre-approved access.

• Henrico & Richmond: Adults $75, Juveniles $45 (after-hours fee waived for juveniles). 
• Hanover & Chesterfield: Adults $100–$125, Juveniles $55–$75 (call for quote).
•  Additional $15 per 30 minutes beyond a  45-minute appointment. After-hours/emergency: call for a quote.

Important Notes:

• All correctional facility appointments must be pre-approved by the facility.
• The inmate must have valid identification and must be able to sign voluntarily.
• If an appointment cannot proceed due to lockdown, no ID, or refusal to sign, the mobile service fee will still apply to cover time and travel.

 I-9 verification services for remote employees and local businesses.

• Flat fee: $25 per verification (does not include mobile service fee) 

 Ink fingerprinting for background checks, licensing, employment, and more.

• Starting at $50 for the first FD-258 card
•  $15 for each additional card. 
• Mobile service fees apply.
